I was just going to make it on time, but this Panera was completely disorganized. Took almost twenty minutes from the time I walked in, but I was the only/first person waiting for food. The person in the back was prepping an order that had the area covered with sandwiches. It was a few minutes before someone came from the back for my order. The timer was on eight minutes when I was begging for an update. I finally got my food and left the store only to find that I still didn't have everything yet! Tried to get the manager, but he only made the process take longer. What a nightmare!May 18, 2017
