  This place was great but this morning it went wrong. I used the drive through as my normal morning run (4:45ish)I was ordering venti "quad" caramel Macc. The barista had to interrupt middle of it saying that she couldn't hear me. I had to raise my voice louder and repeated my order again. She asked venti and what kind of coffee? I told her caramel Macc. With quad. She repeated the orders assuming grande caramel Macc. I told her not grande. Venti. I said quad so a extra shot. She Didn't put an order on the screen and said she got it that she'll see me at the window. I'm the only customer at the moment as soon I arrived at the window. She had my coffee already done and started putting the order on the register. I knew something wasn't right. She didn't put the order in after we spoke. When you make a quad shots. It takes time to make it. It's pretty obviously they used the drip. It doesn't stop here, she handed me grande not venti. She asked if I wanted my invoice. Yes of course, I checked the details that she just entered. I told her, I asked for a venti not grande. She said she's pretty sure that she heard me. First of all, I never said grande and second, all of my orders always has been venti size. 3rd, quad does not sound like grande. She got quite just because she couldn't hear me for the first time and had to interrupt. None of this would happen if she had waited after I gave the order and asked to me to repeat again. I took off and I was right, the coffee that she made was not what I ordered.
