From their inept customer service at every turn followed up with the delivery service and Vons offering two differing and conflicting stories regarding how & why the same problem arose. By default, on of 'em was lying and all of 'em were unprofessional. And, I was required to wait on hold and waste an additional hour of time to suffer somebody's certain deceit. I STRONGLY DISCOURAGE PATRONIZING VONS DELIVERY and urge all to grocery shop elsewhere.August 07, 2016
